I hope you are having a fabulous weekend ☺️
I know December can be a crazy month of partying, eating, drinking & taking you out of your regular routines so even more important to try & fit in a little bit of time to reset.
If you fancy joining me on the mat here are the days/times of where I will be this week.
Classes are suitable for all abilities - no membership needed & the venues are super clean & cosy warm 🧘

Full Blue Moon last night. She was the closest to the earth she can be.
Time to sage & let go of what no longer serves you. Self limiting beliefs or negative loops you have gotten into. Whatever is it, it’s time to say you’d bye.
Because we are full moon in Pisces it is a very healing full moon physically & mentally, so why not create a sacred space & set your attention of an area of your body or soul that needs healing. 🌕💫

We gathered again yesterday to share our knowledge on the Vernal (Spring) Equinox 🌼
Already we are fast approaching a quarter point on the wheel of the year & balance is a big focus. ⭕️
After the contraction of autumn & winter comes the expansion of spring & summer.
What areas in your life would you like to expand in or grow in? What have you been contemplating about over the winter months that now needs to be put out into the world?
It can feel a bit scary & chaotic but out of the chaos great things can manifest. ☺️
Go for it & keep faith life will@show up for you if you show up for life!
