“find reverence in the rest”
chance to bring you + your body to a restorative space where intentional stillness and embodied movement serve as a way to slow down. it can be a real reflective and illuminating opportunity to say yes to softness while reconnecting to parts that don’t often get fed.
this session offers an experience through the power of soft movement, sprinklings of yoga Nidra, sound + stillness.
:: as a collective we say yes to shifting ourselves into an intentional state ::
it welcomes you 👐🏼
all bodies welcome.
couldn’t resist this... .ai
more of my experience recently has been a mirror. realising we are mirrors of eachother, often it just takes looking into the eyes of another to see yourself.
a powerful representation of all edges + corners of the self.
where do we hide..
where do we shy away from being seen..
may these eyes mirror your wild // your fierce truth, through heart

Having always been curious about what more there is to discover within the mind and body - it thankfully led me to discover yoga and meditation.
My personal yoga & meditation journey began a few years ago; I have always been curious about finding out what more I can discover about myself and others. Through despair of whole heartedly wanting to better myself and my life, I discovered this whole new world of yoga and living mindfully. I then completed my 200hr training in the beautiful land of Bali, Indonesia in 2019 and so my journey begins! I am passionate about encouraging others to look internally, be playful and find their inner creativity.
I teach a Hatha, Vinyasa style of yoga, with sometimes elements of restorative.
Creating an easeful and relaxed atmosphere is really important to me, so expect sweet sounds, delicious smells and aromatic oils in my classes.
