Decision fatigue is real!
I spend a lot of time with busy professionals, and I’ve seen first hand how sometimes making the small decisions can become impossible.
This is when deciding on what to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner can be a real drain on your energy! You know you want to fuel yourself well, but you just can’t decide what to eat! Sometimes even looking at a menu in a restaurant can feel like too much.
I get it, I’ve been there and it’s horrible - especially when you love food!!
So I’ve put together a 6 week transformation plan to help!
In this plan, I will give you a 6 week meal plan, with recipes. This isn’t another generic plan to follow, it will be made especially for you, by me, a registered nutritionist. I will take into account your likes/dislikes, time and equipment available, medications you take, and ultimately your transformation goal.
