Happy Sunday everybody. A little update on my progress and appointments available. Next week I have a few slots free but the week after I’m away for a week. My slipped disc is causing me a little discomfort but it is feeling a lot less painful. Still being careful though. After going to a music concert last night (thankfully it was standing!) and my back feeling reasonably good today I’m going to open up a few appointments next week. I look forward to seeing you xx
