1st February's full moon is called the Snow Moon. The full moon is an ideal time to cleanse and recharge your crystals. Over time and use crystals can feel "heavy".

How do I cleanse them?
Place your crystals on a windowsill which will receive the moonlight. It doesn't matter if it is cloudy as the energy will still come through. First gently dust them, place them on a cloth or dish. Then set the intention for the moonlight to release what is heavy and welcome balance and leave from the evening to the morning. Don't forget to thank the moon!

It is also the start of Imbolc, which is the Celtic celebration of the beginning of spring. Have you noticed the mornings becoming lighter and the evenings drawing out a little? I've noticed the bulbs are starting to pop up too and even have 1 daffodil in flower!
