I had crumble for my dinner tonight! I highly recommend it it’s the best thing ever.
What was cool about this particular crumble, was that I used apples from outside a house down the road from me. They had a little bucket of apples and pears that had obviously fallen from the trees in their garden. So on my return walk back home this evening I crammed my pockets full, extremely pleased with myself.
That little bounty inspired me to have crumble for my dinner . And full disclosure, I didn’t have any main course.
The crumble was my dinner. 👏🏼
I am feeling a bit spaced because I had a long mentoring/healing session with my teacher Jane this morning and it always take me a bit of time to process the “upgrade”.
So I could do with things being a bit easier and uplifting for a bit.
Luckily I have the autumn equinox call with my healers mentorship group tomorrow and I absolutely love them. If you are a healer and could do with a supportive and deep AF group to spend time with then reply to this email with the word HEALER.
The rest of the week looks pretty chill and Friday is free if anyone wants a session and you’re a last minute Luke like me when you book things?
And after the weekend we land straight into the arms of the equinox. What a perfect day to meet with up with fellow creatives and healers in a warm and welcoming networking meeting with a focus on how to foster balance in our lives.
We meet in Frampton Cottrell at the Magnolia’s muse bakehouse at 10 am and we have seven spaces left. So if you would like to come click the link below. You’re more than welcome. Link in bio
So let’s have a wee recap:
1. If you fancy a mentorship group DM with the word HEALER.
2. If you want to book in a session for Friday where I have some space jump onto my links and grab one.
3. And if you want to join us for Networking in person in Frampton Cottrell this coming Monday, the 22nd of September use the final link below.
All the links are in my bio
That’s it from me, lovelies.
Big love,
Rachel.
