Hi, I’m Sam, a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist with over a year of hands-on experience helping clients recover, relax and perform at their best.

With a background as a Fitness Instructor for the past four years, I bring a deep understanding of how the body moves—and what it needs to function optimally.

While sports massage is often known for being intense or even a bit painful, it’s not just for athletes—and it doesn’t have to hurt to be effective. I tailor each treatment to suit your individual needs, whether you're managing an injury, easing tension from day-to-day stress, or simply want to move and feel better.

I offer 50 minute sessions at Rose Holistic Therapies in Keynsham which are available on a Thursday late afternoon and evening.

Super excited to announce my new massage space !!!

I will be here regularly every Thursday 3pm-9pm starting from Thursday 29th May.

I have also got some availability on a Tuesday from 10am.

I will be running 50 minute sessions at £40 per session.

These sessions will be tailored to suit your individual needs whether that’s an injury, easing tension or a more gentle approach to make you move and feel better day-to-day.
