We live in a world that is very linear, with many people experiencing the ‘hustle’ of constant doing, achieving, optimising. We have lost touch with our natural rhythms, whether that’s the menstrual cycle, the sleep/wake cycle, the seasons, or the lunar cycle.
However, nature flows in these rhythms, of ebbing and flowing - and when we take inspiration from that, we can uncover a sense of presence, oneness, and find joy in the day to day. We stop going through the motions and start being, with whatever that might be for us in that day. Our stress response reduces, we find more balance, and health improves.
This workshop coming up this Thursday evening will be especially beneficial for anyone suffering from hormonal imbalances, such as PMS, irregular cycles, infertility or great for if you want to learn more about how the menstrual cycle impacts your loved ones, and how you can best support them.
We will start with a nervous system regulation yoga & breathwork class, learning tools and somatic practices that can help you to be more resilient to life’s stressors.
We’ll explore cycle syncing: learning how to live, work, move and eat in alignment with natures cycles - the lunar cycle or menstrual cycle (if you have one).
You’ll learn how to properly track your cycles that hold you and how to live in a cyclical way.
Expect chats, and teas and goodies to take home too.
