My client suffers with plantar fasciitis & been struggling with some knee pain, using dry needling, trigger point therapy & deep massage it’s helped with her pain so she can continue exercising…. She may not have been keen on having the needles but it’s helped 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

For those that are apprehensive about dry needling, this is what they look like. They come individually packed & are very fine needles, the length depends on the area of body they are used on. This is not a painful treatment but you may feel something ‘abit spicy’ if the needle hits a trigger point 😬 Dry needling works by inserting the needle directly in to the problem area, which signals to the brain that it needs help & the body gets to work… dry needling helps relieving pain, stiffness, tension, headaches, improves range of motion & many more benefits!!!
