Always great to see player .hill24 I administered some class 4 laser treatment today to speed up his healing process and devised an ankle rehab programme to get him back on the court asap dropping 30 piece games again. 🏀🌀

From now until next year there will be 3 appointments available every other Saturday morning from 10am - 1pm.
“I thought you were closing on weekends Phil?” I hear you say.. well my wife is on maternity leave.. and the mortgage needs paying.. so needs must 😂

The only gap will be the 29th of November as it’s my birthday and I’m doing a 100 mile bike ride.

Honoured to have long term client (and friend) bring his world championship medal into clinic last night. Oli is now the 2x World champion, 2x European champion and World Cup champion. Not only is he a phenomenal talent, he works super hard on all aspects of performance which includes a weekly sports massage to promote recovery and reduce muscular tension to enable him to train optimally. This hard work is culminating in him creating a legacy already at his young age and is being compared to the most successful Taekwon-do patterns competitor of all time- Master Jaroslaw Suska!
