What goes on in a vision class?!

In our recent Vision Retreat, we played with cross bow, ball game, trampoline, palming with live music ๐ŸŽถ and more!

See like a child, with wonder & curiosity. Itโ€™s a fun and effective way of learning mindfully ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

People came from all over the world ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฟ ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ and from all walks of life: doctor, nurse, musician, optician, school & yoga teacher.

All the eggs have hatched & there are lots of tadpoles in our pond!

Walking in the dark is great for improving your vision ๐Ÿ‘€

Most of us donโ€™t spend much time in the dark consciously, but it can be a great way to train your eyes to see better in a dim light, and wake up our other senses like hearing and proprioception.

Do you want to know which eye is dominant?

Simply use your hands to find out. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Like right and left handedness, most of us have a dominant eye. Our dominant eye is often overworked, whereas the other eye is under used. ๐Ÿ‘€

If you have trouble closing one eye, use Method One. Otherwise Method Two is for you! ๐Ÿ˜‰
