☀️ My Vision Yoga Course is starting this Sunday! ☀️

I’m really happy to share that a new monthly Vision Yoga course is starting this Sunday 8th March from 11-12:30pm @

This course will help to maintain and improve your eyesight, focus the mind and relax the body.  👀🧠🦾

We’ll learn how we feel affects how we see, and in turn, how we see affects our physical and emotional state. 

It’ll be on Second Sunday of the month and these are the dates; Sunday 8th March, 12th April, 10th May, 14th June and 12th July

After rainy grey days, it’s lovely to be in the sun ☀️

People fear the sun….but you need light to see and it’s the source of life. ☀️ 🌱 🌏

Shifter mimics the dappled light effect and help bring clear flashes 💕

Remember to do some relaxing palming.
It’s the perfect balance between light & dark ☯️

Really looking 👀 forward to this 💕

We’re super excited to let you know that Naomi, Hana and Phoebe are teaching in the first ever Bristol Yoga Festival this September.

Naomi will teach Vision Yoga, to bring balance and healing to our eyes, mind and body. There will be short talk and easy accessible practice.

Hana is teaching Vinyasa Flow and doing a talk on decolonising yoga through the lens of social justice.

Phoebe will hopefully be teaching flow yoga too!

Are you fed up and low from all the rain and bad weather? Do you suffer from Seasonal mood swings?

Come and learn easy Vision Yoga tips to manage Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) this Sunday from 11-1pm.

We’ll do lovely mindfulness meditation, therapeutic breathing techniques and accessible gentle movement to transform how you feel.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of students including beginners. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.

Mindful Seeing

Thank you for coming along & it was a lovely event 💕

We got lots of positive feedback & suggestions.

One person said ‘it was interesting to slow down and connect to our experience’.

Others suggested doing Mindful Seeing outside in nature.

This got me thinking about doing further events, so watch this space 👀

Missing cat

Topaz been missing for over 24 hours for the first time & it’s really unlike her to be away, especially in the storm ⛈️

We came across these old photos, while making missing cat posters & wanted to share her funny character beyond what she physically looks like.

She even does fetch & comes along if you call her name 💕🐱

It’s a bit crazy but I’m still practicing yoga outside whenever possible! ❄️🪷

Being outdoors great for your eyesight, mental & physical health. In fact, it’s one of the tips for managing the winter blues or seasonal affective disorder.

Gentle Yoga with Naomi every Friday morning from 10-11am.

This class is suitable for people with chronic pain, injuries or medical issues. Older students are very welcome. It’s also great for beginners and those that want to take it slow and cultivate mindfulness and relaxation.

Naomi has been teaching yoga in Bristol for over 20 years and specialises in Somatic Movement, Mindfulness Meditation and Vision Yoga.

Our friendly classes are small group size and it’s also available online, so you can join us from anywhere. Please book in advance.
