What a beautiful session this morning. Lavender bags gifted by the kind soul that is Mary, helped us to relax further. Hello lovely people! Help required!

As some of you may be aware my daughter has secured herself a place on an international trip to Iceland next year with the GirlGuides. She’s super happy about it! The trip costs £2,700 and she’s expected to fundraise the costs. Thank you to those who have and are still supporting her offering multiple jobs and items 😁

To get further to her goal, Bonnie is now running an online Facebook Girlguiding Fundraising Auction. There’s some amazing items such as massages, Reiki and even a 1-2-1 with myself 😉

Some items are local and others can be shipped. Please can I ask for your support in sharing her page far and wide and maybe even bidding on a few items 😉 It end on 9th May.

On Friday I turned up to Rachel’s door for a gifted Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) having just found out that my grandmother had passed. She was 106, a power house and will be greatly missed 😔 Rachel scooped me up and welcomed me in. Her genuine kindness, care and baking skills 😘 is what makes her yoga Nidra special. I also got to choose an oracle card with insights I needed to hear. Rachel also offers Indian head and Thai foot massages. So if you’d like to care for yourself, or gift someone I’d highly recommend getting in touch.
