It's World Health Day and this year's theme is Stand with Science — which I love, with one caveat - the science has left women with gaps in how to manage our health in midlife and menopause.

This gap is frantically (and messily) being filled leading to confusion and frustration.

I was really fortunate to further my education with a world leading women's health researcher who brought together the different pieces of science and research into in a way that makes complete sense and gets results consistently.

The menopause nutrition space is overwhelming right now — and most of the advice is incomplete.

I had a moment of rage last week seeing another ex-athlete sharing her protein targets as if it's the most important thing for women to focus on.

Quite frankly, this can cause even more frustration because it leaves out a missing piece of midlife health for women.

This pushed me to take something I've been delivering in person for over two years — and bring it online.

It's the missing piece most women in midlife have never been told about, and it's been behind some remarkable results in my community lately — women coming out of the high health risk category through waist loss alone, in just a few weeks.

I am so pleased to announce that our Stretch & Breathe sessions are restarting next week in a beautiful new venue at Saltford Hall.

These sessions are a dedicated hour for you to unwind. We combine deep stretching with intentional breathwork, set to chilled beats and under dim lights. It is a space designed for restoration - a quiet pause in the middle of the week where you can finally let go of the day.
