"Anyone else struggling with hot flushes? mine are raging"
⛔️ Hot flushes are so bloody horrible! If you’ve never had one — imagine suddenly wanting to rip your clothes off while your brain checks out completely. It’s intense.
But … they’re not always inevitable.
And often, what and how we eat can make them much worse (or much better). I created a focused guide for members on hot flushes and the result was delightful!
💡 One member recently doubled down on our eating principles and changed proteins at evening meals. Within weeks, her body responded back — hot flushes eased and she lost weight as a nice little bonus! 🙌🏽
That’s the ripple effect. When your system becomes regulated, it can process food more efficiently and we start feeling more like ourselves again.
It's never just about weight loss when we're focusing on 'middle matters'; weight loss is a byproduct of nourishing in the right way for your age and stage.
Hot flushes + sleepless nights + weight gain (FFS!) are common symptoms and a result of an overwhelmed and dysregulated system.
It's a signal to pause and review where you can downgrade stress and upgrade your meals to reflect what you need right now. It might mean a few tweaks to your meals, changing exercise timings and types (whilst you get back to regulation).
