Spotting Isolation in Our Community
Isolation can affect anyone — especially older adults and vulnerable individuals receiving care at home. It is not always obvious, but the signs are there if we take the time to notice.
Look out for:
• Withdrawal from usual conversations or activities
• Missed appointments or cancelled visits
• Changes in mood, appetite or sleep
• Reduced confidence or increased anxiety
• A noticeable decline in personal care or daily routine
At Tempra Healthcare, we understand that care is more than practical support. It is about connection, dignity and belonging.
A regular visit, a meaningful conversation, and compassionate support can make a powerful difference.
If you are concerned about someone who may be experiencing isolation, please reach out. Together, we can ensure no one feels alone.
