My aim in life has always been to help people live their healthiest happiest lives in the most Holistic way. Health and Well-being is my passion and I love to combine a variety of positive acheivable solutions when supporting someone. Wellness for me is connecting myself to nature in as many ways as possible and so I feel excited to share this love and fascination of nature, horticulture, botanica

Combing these skills and my 15 years in Psychology and Psychotherapy, my working approach is very person-centred and solution focussed: this means that I am able to focus on your specific care needs and tailoring your wellness journey for YOU. Wellness is an individual pursuit! Working as an Arbonne Consultant has really complemented my desire to help people feel great about themselves after going through my own wellness journey with them. Their Nutrition, Skin care and Supplements are made up of botanicals and plant-based ingredients combined with being cruelty-free, Vegan, Gluten Free. I feel that Arbonne's mission align with my own personal values and have a huge consideration for environmental impact as well as people's health and well-being.
