If your shoulder hurts when you lift your arm, the problem is often weakness in the muscles around the shoulder blade (scapula).

This is very common with:

🧠 Causes include:
• Natural ageing of discs & joints
• Being born with a smaller canal
• Jobs with overhead work
• Rarely, a ligament turning to bone (OPLL)
