Our weekday evening Paintworks classes are moving!

From 9 September we're delighted to announce our new home will be - Unit 389 Paintworks- near Martin Parr and the RPS.

It's a lovely space, beautiful wooden floor and handmade furniture with plenty of space so we can offer increased mat spaces to 10 per class. Everything else will remain the same, class times and days and teachers!

Join the Essence team to celebrate Solstice together for a free community class at Arno's Park on Friday 21 June at 7.30am.

This is the third year we have done this and although we can't promise the sun we can mark this powerful time of year together - mid summer. Booking advised so we know numbers but class is free and we will be making donations to Changes mental health charity in Bristol.

🌞 gentle movements to release tension
🌞 soothing self-massage
🌞 downregulating breathwork to calm the nervous system
🌞 Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a meditative practice, taken lying down, inducing a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness

We’ll finish with tea and a tasty treat. This workshop is open to all levels and experience.
