We’ve had some recent changes within our nursing team, including a few cases of short-term sickness. This has had a knock-on effect on appointment availability, and we appreciate that this can be frustrating at short notice. Our admin team is doing their best to ensure patients are contacted and rebooked as quickly as possible.

❗️It would really help if, should you no longer need your appointment, you cancel as soon as possible (via NHS app, website form or phone). Unfortunately, several patients do not attend their appointments each clinic, and these could be offered to others.

Some of our nursing team are taking on new roles to help cover these gaps, and we’re delighted to be welcoming new team members. However, training can take time. While everyone settles into their new positions, there may be some temporary adjustments to our services. We are working on an even spread of cover across all three sites.

Please be assured that urgent appointments will continue to be prioritised, and we’re working hard to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and continued support as we work through these changes 💙

💙Home Blood Pressure Readings
We receive blood pressure readings in many different formats – post-it notes, receipts, and scraps of paper. These are often difficult to read and record correctly.
To help us keep your records accurate, please use our official blood pressure form.
Please also note that we only require a total of 14 readings - 2 each day for 7 days (as stated on our official blood pressure form). Additional readings provided beyond this are disregarded from your records.
You can request a copy at reception or this can be sent to you via mobile / email.
Thank you for your cooperation.
