This deeply restorative 90-minute experience fuses the power of Facial Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and Integrated Foot Reflexology into one continuous, intentional flow. Created to deeply clear the sinuses, ease mental fog, soothe emotional overwhelm, and unlock stagnant energy, this is a true fusion of bodywork and soul care.
What to Expect 👇🏻
Beginning with the Face, a Soft cleanse, using organic products welcomes you into the treatment as you recline on the gently heated couch, cocooned in warmth and calm. A sequence of facial reflexology and deep lymphatic drainage techniques is applied to melt away pressure in the sinuses, jaw, brow, and scalp, helping to lift tension and promote flow from the very start.
Moving through the Head with slow, deliberate transitions, the work moves into the head, neck, shoulders, arms, and upper chest. Using deep, specific techniques and nourishing oils, we explore areas where stress is silently stored, releasing it, layer by layer. You’ll feel tension unravelling from the base of your skull down through your fingertips, and find clarity and softness where there was once heaviness.
A nourishing hair oil is applied to the scalp and lengths of your hair to conclude this phase — a deeply grounding moment that soothes the nervous system and anchors you back into your body.

Just as you begin to feel complete, you remember… 🙌 we haven’t even touched the feet yet. Unwrapping your feet and full focus given with Integrated Reflexology, using a personalised blend of advanced techniques including a mix of NEPIP, Duopoly, lymphatic drainage, and more. Working intuitively and holistically, the feet are mapped to your body’s needs, grounding everything that has been released above.
Expect a sense of release as your body sinks even deeper into calm, often described as “utter bliss.”
