✨ Meet Mary ✨
Mary will be teaching our Monday evening Grounding Embodied Hatha and our Rest class. She’ll also be guiding our special Mother’s Day Rest — join the waitlist (link in bio) to be the first to receive the booking link 💛
Mary’s classes offer a space to move with presence, curiosity and a sense of ease — encouraging you to explore what feels true in your body.
Drawing on her background in dance, she invites exploration of the body’s natural rhythms and movement patterns, moving away from a linear approach to alignment in favour of a more fluid, felt-sense experience.
At the start of her yoga journey, Mary found herself caught in comparison — believing she had to be something other than what she already was, feeling like her body didn’t quite measure up. That disconnection is exactly why she teaches the way she does now.
Rooted in compassion, Mary holds space for you to come exactly as you are — free from pressure, expectation or performance.
Her classes are an invitation to reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness and breath. Expect thoughtful, curiosity-led sequences, carefully curated playlists and an atmosphere where the full spectrum of being is welcome 🌿
