✨ Meet Mary ✨

Mary will be teaching our Monday evening Grounding Embodied Hatha and our Rest class. She’ll also be guiding our special Mother’s Day Rest — join the waitlist (link in bio) to be the first to receive the booking link 💛

Mary’s classes offer a space to move with presence, curiosity and a sense of ease — encouraging you to explore what feels true in your body.

Drawing on her background in dance, she invites exploration of the body’s natural rhythms and movement patterns, moving away from a linear approach to alignment in favour of a more fluid, felt-sense experience.

At the start of her yoga journey, Mary found herself caught in comparison — believing she had to be something other than what she already was, feeling like her body didn’t quite measure up. That disconnection is exactly why she teaches the way she does now.

Rooted in compassion, Mary holds space for you to come exactly as you are — free from pressure, expectation or performance.

Her classes are an invitation to reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness and breath. Expect thoughtful, curiosity-led sequences, carefully curated playlists and an atmosphere where the full spectrum of being is welcome 🌿

Through all the wisdom that is yoga, Sunny has a passion for offering classes where students have the opportunity to reconnect with the self, to be inspired and find compassion.

Opening with stillness, meditation and kriya, her practice focuses on creating an embodied, spiritual, loving awareness flow — usually with a carefully selected theme.

Sunny feels as though teaching really is a gift, where we share and witness our immeasurable capacity for love on and off the mat. Providing the opportunity of yoga can reward and support you wherever you are on your yoga journey.

✨ Friday Mornings — Embodied Vinyasa Flow ✨

An embodied vinyasa flow practice that invites you to move from doing into being. Opening with kriya, pranayama and meditation to attune to the subtle body, cultivating inner awareness and awakening the energetic pathways.

Movement and breath flow consciously and dynamically through each shape, always guided by sensation rather than striving. A space to listen, feel, and return to the true essence of being.

Here’s a little about Siân…

The early days of parenthood with both of her children have deeply shaped the way Siân approaches every class she teaches. Her sessions are nurturing, baby-led and supportive; creating space for relaxation, conversation, empathy and plenty of laughter, for both parent and baby.

Alongside learning a beautiful, practical skill, parents are supported to feel confident, calm and held. There’s no pressure, no expectations - babies are welcome exactly as they are, whether they’re feeding, sleeping, wriggling or crying 💛

🤍 Baby Massage Course
This gentle course builds towards a full-body baby massage routine, incorporating nurturing touch, massage, reflexology and tummy time. You’ll learn techniques to support your baby’s physical and emotional wellbeing, including easing digestive discomfort, colds and overtiredness, and gain simple tools to weave these practices into everyday life.

The course is as much for parents as it is for babies - a calm, welcoming space to slow down, connect and meet other parents, with time to chat over a cup of tea at the end.

Fynn has a deep passion for healing and wellbeing and believes our natural state is a thriving one — when we align with it, we feel more connected, whole and at ease. With over 15 years of experience studying the body, Fynn works as a yoga teacher, coach, breathwork facilitator and massage therapist, supporting people to move towards calmer, more balanced lives.

🧘 Grounding Vinyasa Flow
A steady, grounding vinyasa practice focused on breath-led movement and embodiment. Expect a mindful mix of flow and stability, including seated postures, sun salutations and longer-held shapes, supporting you to feel rooted, regulated and present. Breath awareness is woven throughout, helping you reconnect deeply with your body as you move. You’ll leave feeling energised yet calm, centred in both body and mind.

🌬 Breathwork with Fynn
A guided, embodied breathwork experience designed to regulate the nervous system, release stress and reconnect more deeply with yourself. Using the Soma Breath® technique, sessions combine rhythmical breathing, gentle breath holds and music to support a shift out of mental overdrive and into a calmer, more grounded state. Gentle movement or shaking may also be included to help release stored tension and integrate the experience.
Think of this as active meditation — working with the body and breath rather than the mind alone. No previous experience needed.

Both offerings are accessible to all levels, with encouragement to listen to your body and move at your own pace 🌿

✨ Meet Felicity ✨

Felicity began her movement journey while living in Sydney, where she became immersed in health and wellbeing culture. After completing her Barre teacher training, her passion quickly expanded on returning to Bristol to include Mat Pilates, eventually leading to the completion of her full comprehensive Pilates training covering all Pilates equipment.

She also holds a qualification in pre- and postnatal Pilates, allowing her to support clients through every stage of life. Felicity is deeply passionate about the mind–body connection that Pilates fosters and strives to empower clients to feel strong, capable and balanced.

Her approach is inclusive and supportive, ensuring individuals of all abilities can build confidence and sustainable strength. Whether in group classes or private sessions, Felicity’s goal is to create an environment where every client feels challenged, encouraged and inspired in their movement journey 🌿

Cat is an advanced yoga teacher and women’s health coach with a passion for fluid, intelligent movement that supports both the body and the nervous system. Since completing her first teacher training in India over 10 years ago, she’s taught globally and runs retreats throughout the year.

Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, weaving together funky transitions, opportunities to explore more challenging poses, and plenty of accessible options so everyone can enjoy the practice. Rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, Cat’s classes are themed; bringing together philosophy, asana, pranayama and meditation for a complete mind–body–soul experience. Expect to build resilience, balance and ease (and to have some fun along the way).

🧘 Yang to Yin Flow
A balanced class beginning with fluid, warming movement to build strength and mobility, before gradually slowing into longer, grounding stretches to calm the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling both energised and deeply relaxed ✨

Millie is our children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher, and she will also offer sound baths, massage and Reiki at Bloom Yoga.

She’s passionate about sharing gentle, nurturing practices that support emotional wellbeing and help people feel calmer, more balanced and more connected to themselves. Millie was drawn to this work after experiencing how deeply these practices supported her own wellbeing, inspiring her to create safe, supportive spaces where both children and adults can relax, reset and simply be 🌿

🧒 Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness Class (Ages 4–12)
A calm, welcoming class where children explore gentle yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and creative activities; nurturing confidence, emotional wellbeing and a sense of ease.

✨ Holistic Therapy Sessions
Sound baths, massage and Reiki sessions designed to support deep relaxation, calm the nervous system and restore balance.

✨ Meet Sarah ✨

Originally from Wales, Sarah discovered yoga later in life while navigating stress from a fast-paced corporate job. She’s a 500-hour trained yoga teacher with Trauma-Informed Community Yoga Training from the Bristol Yoga Roots Project.

She’ll be teaching Everybody Flow, one of our ‘energise’ classes: a playful flow exploring strength, coordination, and curiosity, with space to pause or rest and plenty of options throughout.

Sarah’s classes are mindful, enjoyable, and down-to-earth.

Come as you are, wobbles welcome. There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right.” She wants you to feel comfortable in your body and leave class a little more at home in yourself 🌿

As we get closer to opening, here’s a little more about what we’ll be offering at Bloom.

You’ll find yoga, pilates and mindful movement classes for adults, alongside pre & postnatal sessions, children’s yoga and mindfulness, baby massage, holistic treatments, and wellbeing workshops.

Everything we offer is led by experienced teachers and practitioners, with a focus on how things feel, not how they look.
