🧚 Dark Ecstatic Dance + Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

🌸 Go on a musical journey with Lunaris, who intertwines rave music with spirituality creating unique mystical, dreamy, and mind-bending experiences.

🌟 This is an electronic music-based Ecstatic Dance. Expect a tribal, tropical and dreamy mixture of genres with a psychedelic sprinkle. It is a heavier, more ravy boogie on a darker spectrum.

🧘‍♀️Angie will gift us with her uplifting energy and hold the space for a Cacao Ceremony - an ancient ritual that honors the spirit of cacao as a healing and heart-opening medicine. It is an invitation to connect with yourself, the wisdom of the cacao plant, and set the intention for the dance.

💃 We will start with a Dance Improvisation Warm-up led by Lunaris.

🔔 Following the music journey, Angie will guide Sound Bath, using crystal bowls to help you dive into a deeply relaxing and meditative state so welcomed after our sweaty boogie.

☕ There is a tea and a snack station, space to sit, talk and relax. Talking on the dance floor is not allowed.

This is a reminder about the upcoming dance on the 3rd of March (Sunday) 14:30-16:30.

If you like some darker tunes, this dance is for you. It is a weird mixture of genres with a melodic background that will take you on a journey within.

We will start with a guided warm-up to explore the possibilities of the movement, lose up, connect with the people around us and be playful.

There will be a tea and a little cake station, a chillout area and a space where you can talk. Talking on the dance floor is not allowed.

There will be a Sound Bath ❤️ lead by ✨ Angie Archacka✨and a Closing Circle at the and of the dance.

It's the same venue Redcatch Community Centre, BS4 2EP.

I’m looking for volunteers to help with a setup, greeting the guests and the pack down in exchange for the price of a ticket 😊
