Suspect Child Safeguarding in the following instances:

Physical abuse- Bruise, injury in a non-mobile child

Neglect- Failure to thrive without an organic cause, Head lice, Fungal infections, dental caries etc

Sexual abuse- behavioural change, new bed wetting, encopresis, injury in ge***al organs
