What classes and when! Make sure you save our timetable, so you know what’s happening when. We’ve got a brand new class on Wednesdays, with Ed, it’s called Barbells and it will be aimed at helping those who want to learn or improve their Olympic lifting and barbell cycling.

And remember we are a affiliated gym, so if you’re looking to do a Hyrox race we will get you ready for it.

We’ll be moving for Ellie, a bright soul, a CrossFitter through and through, who loved the grind, the laughter, and the joy of community. Ellie tragically passed away in July, but her energy and spirit are still with us.

This one’s for her. Let’s come together, sweat hard, and make it BIG.
