Look at these guys! We are beyond proud of our team showing up and representing in Dublin Hyrox this weekend. There were some strong times, lots of PBs and most importantly, they had a great time. Well done everyone.

But what makes this even more special is that our very own and Katy’s mums, Michela, took third place in their age group. Proving that age is just a number and that everyone is capable of amazing things. This is Claire’s third podium win in the last couple of years. Now, if you are thinking, how does she do it? She turns up, she works hard, and she listens to our coaches. It’s that simple. #
