✨ Zero Balancing (ZB) Level I & II
Earlier this August, I completed my first Zero Balancing workshop — an incredible 5-day immersion with the legendary David Lauterstein and the brilliant Juliet Cox, assisted by Peter Woodgate ZB. It’s opened up a whole new layer in my practice — one that feels quieter, deeper, and profoundly healing.
I’m now offering sessions using the Core ZB Protocol Sequence I’ve trained in — available as a standalone treatment, or woven into a longer massage session. Becoming a Certified Zero Balancer may be part of my longer journey (or not — I’m letting the work guide me), but what I’ve learned is already powerful, complete, and ready to be shared. I’m letting it settle into my hands and heart, allowing it to deepen with each session — honouring the process with presence and care.
Zero Balancing is gentle, non-invasive, and deeply effective. It’s usually done through clothes, or through a drape if following a massage — working with energy through bone to release tension and reconnect you to your core self. It’s bodywork that speaks to your very bones.
