29 Oct, 10am-4.30pm, with lunch 🥗

Offer yourself some precious time to gently get in tune and learn how to reconnect with your body and senses and relax deeply.

Research has shown that MINDFULNESS can help us self-regulate our moods and thoughts, become more resilient in the face of stress and challenges, make us more productive and effective, and restore a sense of calm and balance in our lives.

During the sound meditation sessions (also known as "sound bath"), you will experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions, as well as calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.

Overall it will be incredibly relaxing and a fantastic way to end a long week and enjoy your self-care day dedicated only to yourself!

Time: 10am - 4.30pm (incl lunch)
