What Happens to Us Mentally After a Massage?

A massage isn’t just about loosening tight muscles — it has a huge impact on our mind as well. After a session, many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to their body. The nervous system slows down, stress hormones drop, and a sense of inner peace often takes over.

Positive effects:

- Deep relaxation and reduced stress
- Improved mood and mental clarity
- Better sleep and emotional balance
- A sense of being grounded and present

Possible challenges:

- Sometimes emotions we’ve been holding in can surface

From the very first days of life, babies are incredibly sensitive — to sounds, touch, light... and even smells. ✨
That’s why aromatherapy, when used correctly, can be a beautiful, natural way to support your little one’s well-being.

💜 Why Consider Aromatherapy for Infants?

Essential oils can:
- Promote restful sleep😴
-Soothe colic and tummy troubles
-Calm fussiness and overstimulation 🧸
-Create a peaceful bedtime or bath-time ritual.

🌸 Safe Essential Oils for Babies (from 3+ months):

1.Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – The most gentle and well-researched oil. Helps promote calm, sleep, and emotional balance.
2. Roman Chamomile – Naturally soothing and anti-inflammatory. Great for teething discomfort and emotional upsets.
3. Mandarin (Red or Green) – Sweet and uplifting, perfect for calming restlessness without being sedative.
