Finding health and freedom of body and mind

I’m a mover. I passionately believe that if we can enjoy and maintain our human movement potential, we can be healthier, happier and free. I also believe that this can be achieved through gentle, guided exploration and learning.

I love to work collaboratively and holistically with people to find their unique path to better health and wellbeing. I endeavour to guide people to a deeper understanding of their physical body and experience of pain or discomfort, to find the confidence to explore their immense potential for change.

I trained in contemporary dance at The Place, London and then as a pilates teacher with Pilates Foundation and have taught on the mat and equipment in London for over 10 years. I graduated with distinction from the integrated Master’s (MOst) at the London School of Osteopathy and know that my future learning and development will be lifelong.

I became a mother in 2016 to my son, Finn, whose arrival in the world has taught me more about being human than I ever could have learned from a book! He has awoken in me an even bigger sense of awe for the body and a deep interest in supporting women in early motherhood, through osteopathic treatment and post-natal education and rehabilitation.
