"The 1:1 diet has honestly changed my life. I have lost 7 stone 6.5 pounds and only 8.5 pounds away from my final goal! I have also dropped 7 dress sizes and have found a whole new confidence in myself, that I could only ever dreamed existed.

I love the convenience of the diet, the quick results, and the main thing for me is that there's a clear path for how I can maintain my weight loss, something I have never been able to do.

Motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what keeps you moving forward. There will be days when you feel exhausted, discouraged, or simply unmotivated to keep pushing toward your goals. Those are the moments that matter the most.

What if I told you that you could have a social life and still stay on track with your goals?

I've rounded up our top tips to help you stay on track even when your social calendar is full this summer.

โ€ข Go for smaller portions eating at a restaurant, or split a dish with a friend and order some veggies or a salad on the side?
Restaurant portions are often much bigger than a normal portion - and it's easy to overeat when you're busy talking with friends.

โ€ข Increase your daily steps.
Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.

โ€ข Drink 2 large glasses of water as soon as you sit down at your dinner or arrive at the bar.
This will help make you feel fuller and perhaps prevent over ordering when it comes to the food.

โ€ข Prepare your meals and snacks to ensure healthy food is always easily available.
When you're busy, it's easy to fall back into old habits and opt for convenience especially if you are trying to maintain.

โ€ข Take your product with you and don't be embarrassed to say "NO"

NEW DAY~ NEW YOU

I hope you all had a lovely Easter for those of us that celebrated it over the weekend.

For those that stayed on track, YAY! For those that didnโ€™t stay 100% but still tried their best, very well done to you too ๐Ÿ’•

For those that maybe over indulged, or have lost their way, lost their map, and all sense of direction this is the week to regain your focus and detox yourselves, and you can do this!

Think of going fully back on plan like a lovely cleanse and treat to your body.

In 3-4 days you will start to feel better and back in control. Remember to drink your minimum water of 2.25 up-to to 4 litres a day. Following any of the Steps properly and weโ€™ll have you back on track, detoxed from sugar and feeling good again in no time.

Intentions: What you think you become...keep positive, and focused on your goals.

You are entirely up to you, prioritise you. Youโ€™re worth the effort.

Your nutrition is what will ultimately get you to lose the weight.
The exercise will help you maintain the results.
