Smudge Casualty FX full size arm Tourniquet arm / tourniquet conversion trainer.

X2 separate points of bleeding….

Made of 100% platinum silicone for a more realistic, flesh like feeling… it’s also heavy.. by design… circa 4kg… again, realism- why train on an arm made of foam or pool noodles??

Very happy with this trainer, after much trial and error

Upcoming Smudge Casualty FX 3 day Zero-to-hero moulage course. This course is aimed at complete novices interested in learning the fundamentals of moulage simulation makeup, or those who already have experience, wishing to extend their skills.

17th/18th/19th March 2025, Bristol, Southwest England

Taught by myself, Rob, experienced Paramedic with a passion for (realistic) training and simulation- bringing my previous experiences into an effective simulation and training environment .

Topics covered include bruising, skin blending, different burns techniques, use of silicone products and moulds, up to application of proffesional silicone wounds- see below photos for first time student’s work!

X2 individual bleeding points, with the upper arm being packable for the use of TQ conversation training and practice.
