💓Grateful for what you have but also wanting more
💓Sad but also seeing glimmers of happiness
This Christmas 🤶 go gentle on yourself
You can feel sad for christmasses past whilst also happy for the present one
You aren’t miserable, ungrateful or whatever other horrid takes you tell yourself you are just human
Your feelings are not who you are they are just feelings that need to be seen and felt and allowed to pass through without judgment
See the rock 🪨 in the river. Imagine the river being your feelings and the rock being the judgement you put on yourself. The water can’t flow freely it has to go around it. Remove the rock 🪨 of judgement, the feelings can flow and pass through freely, sometimes that’s what we also need to do, be kind and remove the judgement on ourselves.
I’m a full empath which is blessing but also a curse as I soak peoples emotions and pain like a sponge 🧽 can feel guilty for being happy when others are hurting. If that’s you too take time to fill your cup so you can pour. Someone truly dear to me told me I change quickly based on on others emotions and didn’t see it till now. I wouldn’t change me but when it affects me and my relationships it good to just notice when you do but with kindness!! Always!!!
