Ran-b the beautiful buttercup 🌼 Indicated for pleuritis with stabbing pains in the chest, accompanied by feelings of anxiety and distress and dyspnoea (difficulty breathing) - our first thought might be Bryonia which I know can be super helpful in those cases. Ranunculus may be used for pains about the lungs from adhesions after pleurisy. Also rheumatism, with an affinity to muscles, especially around the trunk, with sensation of soreness to touch, muscles have a bruised feeling as if they had been pounded. Rheumatic pains are sensitive to weather, i.e. worse in damp weather and particularly from a change of weather or change of temperature. Symptoms tend to be worse in the evening and they are very sensitive to cold air. There’s lots more of course!

🌿 Daisyyyyyy

Also known as Bellis perennis! A wonderful first aid kit remedy that helps soft tissue bruising and could be considered alongside Arnica post mammogram for example. It has been described as ‘the Arnica of the West’. Have you noticed how daisies always recover from ‘injury’ - super resilient!

The wonderful Crataegus! (Oops looks like my spelling went awry in the clip!). Also known as Hawthorn and in the vernacular as ‘bread and butter’ (for the young leaves and buds which are edible - I have not tried them myself yet!).

As a homeopathic remedy it is known to have an affinity to the ♥️. Often used in lower potencies or as a mother tincture. Speak to your homeopath to find out more!
