Kiera thought she was just suffering from a bit of knee pain that would subside after feeling a tweak during a fitness class.
She tried to push through it for weeks, but the pain wouldn’t shift.
It turned out to be a meniscus tear.
Soon it started affecting her job, her training, and even day-to-day life.
That’s when she decided to do something about it.
