Just another crap to buy 😂😂😂 get a foam roller for £3 and you are sorted, also the concept is completely wrong, this is not how you use the foam roller at all. The fitness industry is a joke with these silly innovations . Complet financial rip-off

🚨 He's Running the London Marathon... and THEN RUNNING HOME! 🏃‍♂️💨
That’s right. Our very own Simon Pilkington is taking on an epic 6-day, 180-mile ultra-marathon challenge—all to raise money for the incredible Oliver’s Wish Foundation 💙
Starting with the London Marathon on April 27th, Simon will then run approx. 30 miles a day, all the way back to Bristol, in memory of Oliver Dowling and to support families impacted by Sudden Unexplained Death in Children, Cystic Fibrosis, and life-limiting illnesses.
Simon’s aiming to raise £20,000, and he needs your help to get there!
