This ticks the "functional" movement box with the flexibility plus strength of: single leg squat, core & hip flexor work to swing the leg through and the weight onto one arm!

Part two has the gentler kick stand squat and you can simply swoop through to this also. From the high lunge step forwards to kick stand (see the last reel) i'll show in stories also.
