Ay como el agua! When Feeling emotional, the water element takes over , you give yourself some fire, nothing is better than Flamenco for that purpose , you can allow this transmutation from the comfort of your living room.
Water is constant movement , in a sinuous journey, if retained it would flood , you can not bottle up your feelings and expect not explosion. Fire is expansive, expressive, breaks everything and releases the water within.

Sometimes you are lucky to figure out what song would sound like your feelings, and like most of the times , I played on repeat until my angry teenager comes downstairs complaining.
Magic is how the movement of your body would be healing you when the start point and the destination is you internal movement. Movement filled with meaning. Biodanza!

Message in a hammer from my living room in pijama. Grounding times, how free can I be while remaining connected? because rhythm is a constant, earth is rhythm, I surrender to that rhythm and play my part in the symphony, I feel the weight pushing me down, I connected inside to my own, and I play and explore , I can go any direction, I go up…loosing up, because I am trusting that the earth is there always…in constant rhythm, always still and reliable
