Staying active is is one of the best ways to maintain independence, mobility and quality of life as you grow older. But, how can you make sure you keep active as you age? See below for some tips:

👉Move for half an hour each day – Try to build at least 150 minutes of gentle activity into your week – that’s about 30 minutes on most days. Enjoy a brisk walk, light dancing or gardening – anything that gets you moving, warms you up, and feels good.

👉Do strength and balance exercises – Activities that strengthen your legs, core and arms help with everyday tasks and reduce the risk of falls. Balance work like Tai Chi, yoga or simple standing exercises twice a week can make a big difference.

We’re pleased to let you know that Harry now has an additional clinic session each week and will be available every Tuesday from 2.30pm to 7.00pm.

This is in addition to his existing sessions:
