Today was a wonderful day of massage, laughter and getting to chill at work. The Yogscats brought us in to celebrate mental health awareness day. For the staff it meant massages all round. A chat of good things to try with office work, tight shoulders and stress.

What a joy to be a part of a wonderful company for a day. Thank you once again for working with us!!

Today we are doing massage at a bakery for the secret Sofar sounds event happening in Bedminster at the Bristol loaf !!! Number 1 oddest place to be so far!!!! Come enjoy some massage and love music all at once
