✨ Merry Clevemas!✨
Last night the Cleve Chiropractic & Physiotherapy crew swapped clinic scrubs for Christmas party vibes and headed out to Smoke & Mirrors in Bristol 🪄🎄

Magic, comedy, genuinely brilliant acts and a lot of laughing later… safe to say the team had the best time. Such a great way to finish the year together and celebrate the people who make Cleve what it is 🙌

Black tie, great people, and a wonderful reason to celebrate 🖤🥂

The Cleve team scrubbed up well as Tim, Jenny, Catherine and Ryan got suited and booted to mark 40 years in chiropractic for our good friend and colleague Peter Dixon as he retires this year. Over four decades Peter has been President of every major chiropractic organisation in the UK and Europe and has played a huge role in shaping the profession as we know it today.

It was a brilliant evening recognising a career built on leadership, commitment, and relentless work to raise standards for patients and the profession. We also had such a great time catching up with colleagues from right across chiropractic, including friends from the Royal College of Chiropractors.

Thank you Peter for the impact you have had on so many, Robbie and the Dixon family for your friendship and thank you to Lauren for arranging such a memorable evening ✨

Christmas scrubs have landed at Cleve and the reactions say it all 🫣 Tim’s the happiest elf in Bristol, while Keith… well, every clinic needs a Grinch.
So which one are you this month – happy elf or full Grinch mode? 🎄😂

The Cleve team had a brilliant weekend at Chiro Live 25 in Windsor a few weeks ago 🌟 It was a chance to step out of the clinic, join colleagues from across the country, and spend real time learning, sharing ideas and strengthening our skills as chiropractors 📚💬

Tim, in his role as President of the British Chiropractic Association, hosted part of the day and interviewed Joe Wicks on stage 🎤 Catherine joined in the evening to present the Chiropractor of the Year award to our great friend Richard Brown – a huge achievement and very well deserved 👏

One special moment from the dinner was the chance for Tim and Catherine to join all of the past Presidents for a photograph. The profession turns 100 years old this year, and it was a real honour for them both to stand alongside colleagues who have shaped chiropractic in the UK. A proud reminder of the responsibility and privilege that comes with serving the profession.

The evening dinner brought its own entertainment. Luke came heartbreakingly close to winning Heads and Tails 😂 and Dele threw himself into the singing waiters with absolute commitment 🎶

Events like this remind us why we do what we do. Chiropractic is a profession built on community, shared learning and supporting each other to deliver better care for our patients. We came away energised, motivated and proud to be part of such a positive profession 💙

A great weekend with even better people.

If you’re dealing with stubborn tendon pain, early arthritis or an injury that just won’t settle, PRP can be a genuine step forward.

It uses a concentrated sample of your own platelets to support healing in joints, tendons and ligaments, a natural option for people who want to stay active without relying on long-term medication. 💪✨

At Cleve, every PRP injection is ultrasound-guided for accuracy and delivered by clinicians with strong musculoskeletal experience.

If you’ve been wondering whether PRP could help your knee, shoulder, hip or tendon injury, send us a message or give the clinic a call. We’ll talk you through the process and help you work out whether it’s the right choice for you. 🙌

Sometimes the simplest days do the most for your health 🍂

I loaded up with my mug, popped on my audiobook and took Juliette out for a sunny autumn walk.
No gym kit, no big plan, just fresh air, movement, and a moment to reset.

Here’s why I love daily walks (especially this time of year):
1️⃣ Boosts mood and eases stress.
2️⃣ Keeps joints and circulation healthy.
3️⃣ Helps regulate sleep and energy.
4️⃣ Supports heart health.
5️⃣ Clears the head, and gives a dose of daylight we all need as the days shorten.

Small habits like this make a big difference over time.
So grab your coffee, layer up, and get outside today 🍁☕️

💙 One of our Chiropractors Samera, (Catherine’s brilliant Maternity Cover) is taking fundraising to new heights quite literally! 🪂

She’s jumping out of a plane to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust and Cancer Research UK, two incredible charities providing vital care and support for young people and adults living with cancer.

We’re so proud of her courage and commitment, and we’d love our Cleve community to get behind her! 🙌

Every donation, big or small, helps make a real difference. You can support Samera and this brilliant cause via her JustGiving page
