SMILE’s Social Work Team, work with adults who are 18+ and specialise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health, and physical disabilities.

Our award-winning team is looking for a motivated individual to join our Team. The position includes office-based roles and responsibilities as well as out-off-office roles monitoring staff and service users. You will be required to be On Call this is rotated amongst the management team on a six-weekly Rota.
The successful applicant will have a Level 3 in Health and social care and experience in similar job roles. To have good IT skills using MS word and MS excel, along with a working knowledge of policy and procedures relating to the social care industry.
You will be a good communicator and have the ability and skills to engage effectively and build professional relationships with social workers, services users, and their families, including support staff at all levels.
You will have a flexible approach to your work and be available to attend scheduled Management and Staff Meetings, reporting directly to Management.
