🌿 This week at Pingala:We’re focusing on healing. Not fixing. Not pushing. But gently returning to what’s already within. Healing begins the moment we slow down and start listening —to the breath, to the body, to the subtle language of energy. The body knows how to heal. The heart knows how to soften. We just need to make space for it.
Let’s tune in, realign, and dis-cover the part of you that was never broken.

直感力、免疫力、治癒力、
元々、自分自身に備わったそんな生きる力。
活性化して、大切にしましょう。って話😊

Intuition. Immunity. The power to heal. These are all innate — part of the life force you were born with.Let’s awaken that power… and honour it.
Most of the things we call “problems”aren’t really there at all —often, they’re something we’ve created in our own minds. But still, they can feel so real.
When you start living from your natural inner strength, those problems begin to dissolve —and that shift is truly fascinating.
Do you know your true self?

This week, we’ll focus on stillness and flow. ☀️
体も心も大切に
True happiness is within.
What’s outside is just a replica. A distraction.
Don’t search for it.Don’t chase it.Don’t try to create it.
It’s already there.Dust it off.Honour it.
The same is true for your body.
Energy work brings the body into a state of strength and lightness.Even in stillness, energy begins to flow. You move without effort —because flow doesn’t come from force.
And the same is true for the heart.

This week, we’ll focus on hips and legs with energy alignment. ✨
「姿勢は感謝」のお話
Are you truly grateful for everything?
There’s a phrase in English — “attitude is gratitude.”But how many of us really understand what that means — both posture and gratitude — on a deeper level?
During my training in India, five of us were waiting in class for our Ayurvedic doctor to arrive.
When she entered, she looked around — at everyone except me — and said gently,“With that kind of posture, you won’t be able to learn anything.”Then, calmly and softly, she began the lesson.
At the time, I was sitting at the front, in seiza (Japanese kneeling posture), notebook in hand, trying to catch every word.It was difficult — Ayurveda is already complex, and on top of that, I was trying to learn it through English, which isn’t my first language.
I knew that in many Western cultures, people are more relaxed during lessons —but the doctor’s words, spoken so gently yet with quiet strength, really stayed with me.
She was absolutely right.
I was eager to learn —but looking back, I realised that my posture also came from respect for the teacher, gratitude for the opportunity, and appreciation for all the people and experiences that led me there.
When our posture collapses, the energy stops flowing. When energy is blocked, both the body and mind suffer.Even our luck and emotional balance are affected.
Posture expresses the heart.
So I want to live — and give thanks —with a heart that is humble, steady, and full of grace.

See you in the class 😊

This week at Pingala ☀️
our focus will be on energy flow — explored through slow flow.✨

“When you’re in flow, everything becomes effortless.
Feeling your own energy —that’s the most important part.
Because once you feel, you understand what effortless truly means.
It’s part of awakening.A quiet shift. A remembering.
This is available to anyone —flexible or not, rich or poor, young or old.
But let’s be honest — it’s not for everyone.
Not for those stuck in their minds, especially when they try to understand everything intellectually,or unconsciously pretend they already do.
So instead…Be your energy body.Feel the effortlessness.”

Can you tell the difference? The voice of your heart vs. the voice in your head.
In a private session yesterday,a client told me she wants to share my sessions with the people around her. That alone made me so happy.
But then she added:“The thing is, even if I host a workshop, it’s hard to come up with a title or explanation. If I say ‘holistic healing’, it sounds too vague to people who don’t get it.And while ‘posture and energy work’ is good — it still doesn’t capture the full depth of it all.”
I was genuinely moved. To know she understands this work so deeply — what a gift.
This is about healing the body and the mind, about remembering who you truly are — and allowing that light to shine.
But we’ve been taught to follow rules, to fit into systems,to obey rather than listen to ourselves. So something as simple as being yourself can feel incredibly difficult.
Yet once you’ve experienced even a glimpse of it,you understand what it really means.
The reason so many people never get to that point?Their heads are too full —and they can’t hear the voice of their heart.
So I’ll ask again:
Can you really tell the difference between the voice in your head and the voice of your heart? And if you can hear it…do you have the courage to choose it?

This week at Pingala ☀️
we will focus on hip mobility and energy flow.

See you in class 😊

This week at Pingala ☀️
We turn our attention to conscious movement and embodied awareness—refining alignment and deepening the connection between body, breath, and intention.

This week at Pingala ☀️
We’ll explore conscious movement of the body and energy—awakening lightness, creating space, and gently supporting a more flexible spine.

In our country, there is a saying: “Softness overcomes hardness.”
It applies to many aspects of life.
But softness doesn’t simply mean flexibility—it speaks of a quality that is infused with inner strength, a quiet energy running through the core.

"The key to growth is the introduction of higher dimensions of consciousness into our awareness."– Lao Tzu

Looking forward to sharing space with you this week.
