I have recently started reading a book on longevity and the three pillars of longevity, which are nourishment, movement and community.
This morning I did all three as I picked up a healthy salad on the way home, instead of skipping lunch. 🤔
I don’t believe in quick fixes and consistency is the key, not only for Skin Health to get the results but also for well-being to live a healthy, long, life full of vitality.
Today I had the pleasure of going to a private reformer class with a client of mine at Flexe.
My body was challenged and I left floating on air, probably due to my deep breathing from the intense exercises, however it was the perfect way to start a Thursday.
