Autoimmune disease is a condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own tissues, leading to inflammation and damage. Here’s what your blood work often misses...👆

I’ve had so many patients tell me their blood work came back “normal,” yet they’re still dealing with low energy, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, a weakened immune system—the list goes on.

One of the most important things I recommend is to listen to your symptoms; your body is constantly sending you signs when it needs help. Just because a standard blood test looks “normal” doesn’t mean everything is fine. Don’t overlook what your body is trying to tell you.
