Reiki On the Water

Reiki energy helps clear away blockages, which can build up and lead to illnesses. It also, in my experience, aids relaxation and sleep. Reiki also provides messages for my clients, suggesting areas of their life in which they might benefit from attention, or change. They arrive in the form of pictures, spirit animals and sometimes fairytale creatures - so very non-threatening!! These result from

the spiritual connection made when a Reiki session is in progress - Reiki was originally discovered and used as a spiritual practise. It has been practised since it's discovery in Japan in the 1930s, and is now becoming a well known therapy, as society moves away from seeing pharmaceutical solutions as the only solution. Reiki works well alongside traditional medicines, and other holistic therapies. At the end of the session I advise the client of these messages whilst voice recording them, and forward this record to them via email. Of course, a client can choose to not receive this information if they wish. Sessions are usually an hour or a little over, including the discussion and messages.
