The Meadows Relaxation Room Home-based Holistic Massage Therapist offering ladies only treatments. My name is Paula, and I am a fully qualified holistic massage therapist.

I offer a range of relaxing treatments from my home-based therapy room in Hanham. The stress and strain of modern day life can take a toll on our bodies in different ways - from aches, pains and muscle stiffness to a general feeling of being run down and fatigued. With this in mind, I tailor each massage to my client’s individual needs. My aim is to assist your body’s own natural ability to heal by re-balancing its systems and creating a sense of wellbeing.

Hi Ladies,
Just a quick update about re-opening after this latest lockdown!

I am still awaiting further guidance from my professional association The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), but hopefully I should hear more from them this week.

In the meantime all PPE and sanitising procedures are in place and consultations that were previously done during your appointment have now been replaced with telephone consultations 24 hours before, to minimise face to face contact.

An update will be posted when I am ready to open and I am looking forward to catching up with my lovely clients again.
