SMOOTH FOREHEAD & EYE BROW LIFT …?

Recent published research by anatomist Professor Cotofana’s, demonstrates and confirms what I discuss with you during every consultation.

👉 Treating the forehead to “remove” all dynamic lines will drop the brows.
👉 Lifting the brows means avoiding forehead injections.

Anatomy Rules:

brow position is a balance of competing muscles:

Frontalis (forehead) lifts the entire brow area.

Glabella (frown) and parts of the orbicularis (eyes) pull down the eyebrows

When you inject toxin across the entire forehead, you paralyse the frontalis, removing your primary lift muscle. Without any lifting force, the brow can’t rise, even if other muscles are relaxed.

THE BOTTOM LINE : you cannot have a smooth fully treated forehead AND lifted brows.
You have to choose:
Smooth forehead OR lifted brows — not both.

Please don’t be misled!

Unless the PRIMARY FUNCTION of the product is to protect the skin from UVA and UVB damage, then it simply cannot not be relied upon to provide adequate protection!

🚫 Most people don’t apply enough (or reapply often), meaning you’re left exposed without even knowing it.

💡 What to do instead?
✅ Use a medical grade, dedicated broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen every day
✅ Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors

2024 what a rollercoaster!

A fantastic couple of days in London with .collaborative.
2 full days of international speakers presenting case studies on complications in aesthetics and how to diagnose,manage and resolve.

As you are all aware there have been some severe complications in the UK recently and that this industry is unregulated……anyone can inject you!
The list of complications is long, some are extremely complex to manage even with expert support.

Keep yourself safe and ensure your practioner has the following

⚫️Complication management protocols

⚫️Emergency medicine kit (eg: able to manage an anaphylaxis.

⚫️Updated and trained in how to manage a complications…ideally annually

⚫️Face to face consultation with your prescriber and a full detailed medical history

⚫️They are a member of a larger complications support network group such as CMAC & ACE

⚫️Understands and implements aseptic techniques

⚫️Understands facial anatomy and has trained at an advanced level

⚫️Has a Basic Life Support qualification - this needs to be updated every year

⚫️purchases stock and prescription medication from a regulated pharmacy to avoid cheap parallel imports

⚫️has a policy on safe storage of your medication

⚫️has advanced training in aesthetics and keeps updated

⚫️is happy to refuse to treat you if deemed “unsafe”!

🔴🔴And ultimately puts YOUR SAFETY before profit!!!!🔴🔴

Please ask your practitioner to provide evidence to all of the above before you consent to treatment.
