Pfizer walk in vaccination clinic TODAY for over 18s at East Trees Health Centre in Eastville, 9am-5pm for 1st and second doses. No appointment necessary. Parking on site.

🌟 Pfizer walk-in vaccination clinic TODAY 🌟

If you're over 18 and yet to receive your vaccine, head to East Trees Health Centre in Eastville today between 9am and 5pm to receive your first dose.

The clinic is also open for second dose Pfizer vaccinations for those who had their first dose more than 8 weeks ago.

Remember to:

👉 Wear a face covering, unless exempt
👉 Bring your NHS number if you have it, not essential
👉 Eat or drink something before attending

💉EVIDENCING COVID VACCINATION STATUS💉
We are very sorry but the practice is not able to provide you with a letter that shows your COVID-19 vaccination status.
Patients have two options :
🔵Register for the NHS App which automatically shows the patient’s vaccination status.
🔵For those who are unable to use the NHS App either phone 119 or go online to www.nhs.uk and search Coronavirus Vaccination Status. This will direct you to the online request for a letter to be sent to your home address. This will usually take up to a week after after you have requested it. It is available 2 weeks after you have had your second dose.
