Writing for Wellbeing classes

Online Writing for Wellbeing classes
After some thought I realised that many people might be struggling with the impact of the Corona virus and Lockdown.
I have decided to offer four weeks of Writing for Wellbeing classes.
This course combines writing, Mindfulness and Compassion. It includes simple exercises and meditation practises which will help you tap into your creative side.
Whilst the classes do explore some poetry we do not follow formal writing structures as we use free writing to connect quickly to your creative thoughts.
For those of you who have not attended my Writing for Wellbeing classes, I have enclosed a testimonial which gives a participant’s perspective.

Places are limited. However, there is an option to join weekly.
Classes will be 7:30 till 9:00 PM on Wednesday evenings, via Zoom.
Cost £10 per session or £36 for all four classes.
Start date Wednesday 25th November.

Note : If you are currently undertaking any psychological, Mind and behaviour altering interventions or psychiatric therapy, this may not be the right time to undertake these classes.
