Meet Sue 👋
Sue wanted to feel stronger, to stay active and enjoy her retirement.
She didn’t want a typical gym.
She didn’t want to be left guessing what to do or end up doing something she could easily do by herself.
Now she trains regularly, feels stronger, and enjoys her personal training sessions at BWPT “I wish I could come along more!”
Most of the people with us at BWPT hadn’t been to a gym in years (some had never been to a gym at all) they knew they needed to lift weights, they didn’t know where to start and they didn’t have much spare time 👇
