Day 24 of Mindfulness practice:
Cross Your Heart
Sit in an upright chair, place your feet firmly on the floor and imagine your feet are growing roots into the ground. Cross your arms so your hands go under your armpits, your palms against the sides of your body with your thumbs pointing up and resting on the front at the place where your arms join to your body. Close your eyes and hold this position for as long as it feels good. Relax, breathe slowly and deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth, whilst focusing on your breathing try gently rocking back and forth.
