We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to predominantly cover our supported living accommodation in the BS4 area of Bristol. There may also be outreach positions in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Who are We ?
Epiphany in Care offers care and support services in the Bristol & South Gloucestershire area to a diverse clients base who have varying abilities and interests. We support clients who have mental health issues, a learning difficulty, physical or sensory needs.
We provide care & support to people in their own homes, out in the community on a 1:1 basis and more recently within two supported living accommodations. This can be anywhere from a few hours up to 24hrs a day.
Who are we looking for ?
We are looking for Support Workers who hold a full UK drivers license and have their own transport. Shift pattern available 7 days a week; days, sleep-ins and waking nights.
Previous experience of working in a supported living environment or an outreach/ community-based service is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. some of our clients have their own vehicles which you will be expected to drive.
What you'll be doing in this role ?
· Supporting with some aspects of personal care.
Supporting in a work placement environment
· Supporting clients in their work placement environment, to access their local community and supporting them to attend appointments, pre-arranged sessions, groups & work opportunities.
