Happy new year everyone! A quick reminder that classes start back next week - 11th of January. Look forward to seeing some of you there.

Happy new year everyone (sorry, it’s a bit late...)🥳. Zoom yoga is back tonight at 7. Let me know if you need the details, link is the same as before. Look forward to seeing some of you later.

I think we all need a bit more yoga at the moment (myself included!), so join me tomorrow for the last class of the year. 7pm on zoom. I’ll make it a nice chilled one!

15/12/2020

Hi everyone, don’t forget zoom yoga at 7 tonight. This would usually be the last class before Christmas, so unless there’s interest in a class next week this will be it for a few weeks. See you later!

Here’s your reminder (and mine, I thought today was Monday 😳) for zoom yoga tonight. It looks like we will be on zoom for a while as we go into tier 3 here 😢 Let me know if you need the details!

Zoom yoga tonight, 7-8pm. Full body flow and some breath work to stretch out and relax (and maybe work up a bit of a sweat 😇) £3. Let me know if you want the link.

Did anybody else have to treat themselves to a few purchases to cheer up after lockdown 2 was announced? 🙋🏼‍♀️ my new yoga mat has certainly helped...look how pretty it is!

I need to do a few technical checks tomorrow but I am planning to run some zoom classes this lockdown. Keeping to 7-8pm on Tuesdays (I’ll try and set it up a bit earlier so that you can still have a chat before class like normal), starting on the 10th. Suggested price £3 a class.

Let me know if you fancy it and I’ll send you the zoom link once I have set it up. 💚

08/09/2020

Hi all, next weeks class is now fully booked at 12 people. I know there is still a lot of interest, so if anybody fancies some online classes or has any other ideas then please let me know!

Hi Yogis 💛 just a quick one to say classes hopefully starting again on 15th September (providing no more changes to the rules). Spaces will be more limited so message me to guarantee a spot.

Hello lovely yogis, I hope you’re doing ok?

Now that restrictions are slowly starting to be lifted, who fancies some outdoor yoga? We would still be limited to groups of no more than 5 and having to keep a two metre distance between mats but it could be a nice way to get some practices in seeing as it will likely be a while before we can get back to normal indoor group classes ( ☹️ ).

Obviously weather dependent but if we can get a dry day evening and some outdoor space then we should be good to go. Pop a comment below or send me a message if you’re keen and let’s come up with a plan. At least you will have a soft landing for Crow pose if we are on grass. 😉

Take care all. 🧡

Hi Yogis

Hope you are as well as can be at the moment. As you’ve probably realised, yoga classes will be taking a break for a while. I hope to be back up and running once it is safe to do so.

Please take care and stay safe, and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you (or anyone you know who is struggling during this time).

At least the weather is nice for some socially distanced yoga in the garden?! And one of the perks of working at home is that I can just flop out of my chair onto the floor for a lunchtime stretch. This pose is so good for releasing the hips after a morning sat down 🧘🏼‍♀️

Hi yogis, sorry to add more Coronavirus talk to your feeds. I am still planning to hold the class tonight, and hopefully going forwards but this will need to be decided on a week by week basis.

I know you don’t need me to tell you this but if you have any symptoms or are in contact with anyone who does, or are in the high risk category please stay at home.

Yoga means union, so hopefully we can still come together and unite in what feels like a very divided and uncertain time.

Finally, if anyone needs anything from me (some simple sequences you can do if you’re self isolating, help with picking up supplies etc) please let me know.

Stay safe 💛

Yoga starts back tonight 🥳 all you have to do is remember to breathe for the hour, it doesn’t matter what your poses look like as long as it feels good for your body and mind.

Yogis, hopefully those that need to know are aware by now, but tomorrow is our last Thursday class (for now!). Hopefully some of you can join me to celebrate as we say goodbye to Thursday yoga. I look forward to being able to pour all the love and energy into Tuesdays classes.

Oh cat...I do love you but you don’t make things easy 🤦🏼‍♀️ whilst I sadly can’t promise cats at class, we can do the same yummy stretching (or maybe just chill in relaxation like George for an hour...). Come and join me on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Thursday yogis, there is no class tonight! Sorry, I’m swanning off on another long weekend. Back to normal next week. 🧘🏼‍♀️

This is incredible! 🙌🏻 Proud to have a few amazing ladies in their seventies coming to my classes regularly, I’m sure they’ll be up to Margery level flexibility soon 🤪

This is a super small study, but still...yoga is great 🙌🏻 it suggests that two group classes a week plus some home sessions had the best effect.

It may even help people who haven't responded to drugs.
